Sireethorn Somjade graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a Bachelor of Laws. After graduation, Sireethorn worked for leading IP law firms in Thailand as a Patent Associate. Sireethorn joined Yusarn Audrey Thailand in 2022.

Sireethorn is experienced and expertise in providing legal and practical advice on intellectual property protection, specifically patent and industrial design protection both locally and abroad. Her work encompasses advising clients on strategies of filing, invalidation, and opposition.
In 2022, Sireethorn participated in and successfully completed the JPO/IPR Training Course 2022 for Practitioners Specializing in Patents organized by Asia-Pacific Industrial Property Center Japan Institute for Promoting Invention and Innovation (JIPII) and The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) at Tokyo, Japan.
In 2023, Sireethorn has been registered as a Notarial Services Attorney.
Additionally, Sireethorn is also experienced in pre-litigation and IP infringement investigations, such as preparing the letter of demand and representing the infringers on behalf of the IP rights owners.
