Kittichai graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Kasetsart University. After graduation, Kittichai has worked in two leading law firms in Thailand as a Trademark Associate. Kittichai joined Yusarn Audrey Thailand in 2016.

Kittichai is experienced and expertise in applying for trademark protections, for example, trademark searches, identical and similarity searches, analysing and providing advice to clients on the list of goods and services to be protected including the possibility of obtaining a trademark registration, preparing and filing applications for trademark registration both domestically and internationally, filing appeal, opposition and counterstatement, and counseling for clients in various matters relating to trademark.

In addition, Kittichai is also experienced in working on patent matters including preliminary patent searches both domestically and internationally, preparing and filing applications for patent registration in Thailand, and providing preliminary advice on applying for patent protections to clients.
