Tatiana graduated in 2022 from the National University of Singapore with an LLB. (Hons) degree and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2023.

Tatiana’s main area of practice is intellectual property law, with a specialised focus in trade mark law. She actively manages the trademark portfolios of both local and international companies and has assisted in providing advice to clients on a variety of matters relating to trade mark prosecution. Tatiana has also assisted in contentious intellectual property matters, including a trade mark opposition action at the Registry level, as well as trade mark infringement and passing off actions.

Tatiana has also assisted in a number of litigation and dispute resolution matters as well as corporate and commercial law matters, including a domain name dispute, as well as drafting and reviewing advice on Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulatory and compliance requirements.
