Wayne graduated from the University of Melbourne with an L.L.B in 2009 and later obtained his Grad. Dip in Legal Practice (Merit) from the Australian National University in 2010. He was admitted as an Australian Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2010 and is a Victorian solicitor.
Wayne works in the Corporate Commercial department of Yusarn Audrey where he assists in the drafting and vetting of corporate commercial agreements; documents pertaining to corporate secretarial matters; and intellectual property-related agreements such as research collaboration agreements, software licenses, materials transfer agreements, licenses and assignments and non-disclosure agreements.
Prior to joining Yusarn Audrey, Wayne’s experiences included stints in the corporate & commercial departments of several major regional law firms and a foreign think tank where he structured a number of programs for knowledge management and cost reduction.
Wayne is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Commercial Law Association.
