Chung Min graduated with an Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2003. He later obtained his Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law jointly awarded by the National University of Singapore and IP Academy of Singapore in 2009.

 

Chung Min has been an associate at the Patents Department of the firm since 2007, where he handles patent registration and prosecution work, particularly in the areas of electrical engineering, telecommunications systems, medical devices and algorithms.

 

Prior to joining Yusarn Audrey, Chung Min was a researcher and part time tutor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of NUS. His research interests include the application of multiobjective evolutionary algorithms on mass rapid transit scheduling and power systems. In relation to his research, Chung Min has technical journal publications in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) transactions such as Systems, Man, Cybernetics and Power Systems. Chung Min’s part-time teaching/tutoring include the supervision of undergraduates in year 3 engineering projects such as the development of remote control amphibious vehicles and building smart home systems.

 

Chung Min had been involved in organizing the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) Doctoral students’ conference 2006. As a committee member, Chung Min was placed in charge of the program and the conference proceedings.

 

Chung Min is a member of IEEE.
